F.1 Owner Responsibilities
Owners are required to remain active and engaged in all Club activities at all times. Participation includes, but is not limited to, such things as being present for the rookie draft, discussing/voting on Club matters, responding to e-mails and trade offers from other owners, submitting valid lineups every week and being active on our forum.
**While talking "smack" is always a part of some owner's personality and is to be expected (and enjoyed)... inflammatory, overly offensive, or ethnic, racial, or sexual slurs will NOT be tolerated. The President and Vice President will have total authority in drawing the line between an "all in fun" brag or joke and an inflammatory, offensive or taunting act. However, this is a league for adults, so in no way will there be an expectation to keep things cleaner than an R-rated movie. Owners will be expected to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disparage the Club or any of its owners in any way, shape or form.
In Gangland Dynasty, every owner is equally responsible for monitoring Club activities and reporting any infractions. The following rules on owners conduct are in effect:
a) Owners should respect fellow owners and answer all emails/PM's in a timely manner, with timely manner being defined as within 3 days. (Within 24 hours would be ideal)
b) Owners are expected to act in the best interest of the Club at all times. This includes bringing any flaws or conflict in the Rule book to the attention of the President or Vice President versus exploiting them for personal benefit.
c) Owners are expected to vote on all Club proposals.
d) Owners are expected to inform the President if they do not plan on returning to the league as soon as they know that to be the case.
e) Owners must be active on the Gangland Dynasty forum. Ideally this forum will be a focal point of Gangland. "Active" is defined as routinely checking in and posting on the forum.

F.3 Conflicts Between Owners
If conduct between owners is determined to be detrimental to the league, all owners involved (unless irrefutably proven otherwise), will receive the following action in an effort to curb similar future conduct.
1. An Official Warning
2. 15 GB Penalty
3. Loss of a 3rd Round pick in the next draft. If a 3rd is not available then some alternative of equivalent value will be used at the commissioner's discretion. (If the conduct is severe enough, commissioners reserve the right to skip #3 and move immediately to #4).
4. Expulsion from the league.
F.4 Team Abandonment
If an owner refuses to respond to repeated e-mail messages/phone calls or voluntarily quits the Club, that team will be declared abandoned. As the result of team abandonment, the following shall occur:
A. The President shall announce to the Club that said team has been abandoned.
B. The President shall assume control of the team and a replacement owner shall be found as soon as possible.
C. The new owner will inherit the team's roster and draft position "as is" if abandonment occurs mid-season.
F.5 Expulsion from the Club
Removing an owner is a very serious consideration and one that the Club will seek to avoid. In the event it becomes necessary, the Club may expel an owner.
a) The President will determine if an owner needs to be removed. The President may call upon the league to discuss whether or not the owner should be removed and take a poll of the fellow owners. A majority vote is needed to remove the owner from the league.
b) If an owner is removed from the Club, the President shall assume control of the team and a replacement owner shall be found as soon as possible.
c) The new owner will inherit the team's roster and draft position "as is" unless a dispersal draft is warranted.
Reasons for expulsion are failure to pay for Club fees or penalties, team abandonment, indifference, cheating of any sort, collusion between franchises, failure to fulfill the expectations of owners or anything deemed detrimental to the Club by the President.
